The Birth of A Book
The Stars and Planets have aligned in a way that has directed me to publish my book July 14th. This is a set date. I promise. So now is your last chance to climb aboard the ARC TEAM.
For those who have signed up for the ARC team, you have already heard from me. And the green light is a go. It’s time to read. Unless you are a fast reader, then you have plenty of time.
The preliminary reviews have been coming in, and I’m so excited, I’ve been getting so much great feedback. I’m sure it’s not going to be everyone’s favorite but right now I’m in the honeymoon phase. And there is no good with out bad.

I’m going to share something with you. This book was not an easy book to write. It started off as an essay, and then just grew into something bigger on the advice of a friend. By going into it deeper I had to really look at the past. My actions and those of others around me. Painful memories lay buried within. But when I re-examed and opened them up in the way of story telling, something happened. I discoverd that I had been blaming myself for everything. And that it was time to let go. I also discovered that I’m a good writer. I don’t think I had initially intended to publish. But the more I wrote and the more this story of mine became more than my story, I really felt it was needed out there.
A friend of mine shared my book in a facebook post… to make a long story short, what initially freaked me out when it happened (fear?), turned into a beautiful dialogue with women. Women reaching out to me to share their story. This has just confirmed to me that there is a purpose to all this. To all of us. To share. To listen. To believe.
